Since you place your order, delivery times are therefore calculated as follows:

Processing times

Many of our products are made to order and shipped out within 1-4 business days.

All the orders are sent directly from our studio in Italy. We try to keep shipping costs affordable and are calculated at check out. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the Europe, United States, Canada, and the rest of the world. All shipping services include tracking information.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
Silver and gold jewels, apparel products, phone covers, stickers and mugs are shipped from wharehouse worldwide, including Europe and the United States, so you won't need to pay customs for most of those products. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Shipping time

Parcels take about 5-8 business days to reach most European countries, 1/3 business days to Italy, and 10/15 business days to United States, Canada and rest of the world.
Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed 100%.

Express shipping is available at checkout. It usually takes only 1/4 business days to deliver worldwide!
